Broxton and Bickerton WI was founded in 1926. We are not “village based” but have around 50 members, covering a wide age range, drawn from the large rural district surrounding Bickerton Village Hall. 

We follow the WI ethos of providing women with the opportunity to build new skills, take part in a wide range of activitires and campaign on national and local issues that are important to them, as well as having fun and forming friendships.

Our monthly meetings with a range of interesting speakers, are held on the last Wednesday of the month at the Bickerton Village Hall from 7.30 pm.   We also run a range of activities, for all tastes and abilities, throughout the year.
