This is the month when we hold our Annual General Meeting to review the past year and elect officials for the next.

We are also holding our “Just for Fun” Cookery and Craft competition for members to show their cookery, crafting and photographic skills.

The categories are:

1. A Cake containing a Vegetable (ie Carrot, Beetroot, Courgette etc.)
2. 6 Savoury rolls in Pastry – it’s the filling that will be judged.
3. Jar of Citrus Curd
4. Jar of Chutney
5. A Handcrafted item you have made recently    (any medium)
6. An A4 sized Poster advertising Broxton & Bickerton WI
7. A Photograph of a Tree or Trees in Autumn
8. A floral arrangement in a Teacup.

The hall will be open from 6.30 for members to bring their competition entries,  We look forward to a good turnout.
